Our stalls are all well ventilated 12' X 12' or 10' X 12' boxes with a concrete floors, 3/4" rubber mats, ceiling fans, and drainage system.

• DAILY stall cleaning, disinfection as needed
• DAILY turnout - amount per owner's preference
• Feedings twice daily
• Blanketing service available $30.00/month

PASTURE BOARD  

$195.00 per month

Our pasture boarders enjoy spacious clean pastures with unlimited access to grass and/or hay. We fertilize and seed our pastures annually for optimum growth and spray to keep weeds at a minimum. We never turn horses out on freshly sprayed or fertilized ground.

Winter months all pasture horses are confined to one lot with open access to several hay sources, windbreak, and heated water. This allows our summer pastures to stay healthy and strong.Salt and mineral tubs (Stable-Lyx) added as needed.

Amenities

We have a 60' X 120' indoor riding arena with dust free sand footing, an 95' X 200' outdoor riding arena with grass footing, and a 60' round pen also with grass footing.

Heated Rider's Lounge with bathroom and refrigerator.

Ritchie automatic waterers (Omni Fount 200) in all stalls and pastures.

Farrier visits every 6 weeks by Duke Snyder.

Parasite testing for all horses in residence, and treatment for Bot Larvae and Tapeworms included two times per year.

At owner's expense annual spring vaccination appointments by Dr. Jim McNutt or vet of your choice. Teeth floating appointments twice per year.

Tack lockers depending upon availability.
